The classes predominantly are an exciting mix of Pilates and Barre Fitness. They will have you stretching, rolling, squeezing and strengthening all your muscles both big and small. Your best results will always be achieved when the mind and body work together.  Muscles will be balanced, strong and flexible. Be prepared to tone every zone.....even your little toe!!!!
